Y2 Landforms and the Last King of Angkor Wat

Love, love, love author and illustrator Graeme Base - who by the way will be speaking to Chatsworth students at our East Campus.

To share my love of this great story teller and brilliant artist, I read the Last King of Angkor Wat to Y2 students.

While reading the story to them, I had them identify the various landforms that the different animals who journeyed to the great Khmer temple and the traits that each had - and did not have - that were needed to be a true leader.  By doing so we defined what traits are and how they relate to the IB Learner Profile and Attitudes.
